Great Hunts on Private Land,
The abundance of game in this area, and on the ranches that we lease is astounding.  We usually take just two elk hunters, or only six deer hunters per week.  Over the last several years we have averaged a harvest rate of just one animal per square mile!   Our ability to attract and hold the large numbers of game animals is due in part to the river bottoms, and crop land, as well as some great high country, that make up our leases.  In addition we are thankful to the ranchers for their help and cooperation in creating successful hunts.

Our hunts in eastern Montana take place at an elevation of only about 3500 ft. and are usually done with the use of 4 wheel drive pickup trucks.  We are located about 60 miles north and a bit east of Billings, Montana.  The elk hunt in our area is archery only, since rifle tags are tough to get.  The mule deer and whitetail ,  as well as antelope and bison are all rifle or archery.

We have a six bedroom ranch house with three full bathrooms, situated just minutes from the private land that we hunt.  We have stalked and killed game within sight of the ranch house.  Once you have taken your animal our experienced guides will field dress it and transport it to a meat processor just about 30 minutes away.
